What is your return policy?

The Jorno Store is committed to ensuring your 100% satisfaction with our products. We will be happy to exchange a product or return your money within thirty (30) days of receipt of shipment if you purchased the product from this website. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Product must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. Does Jorno come with a warranty?

Yes. The Jorno Store warrants the Jorno keyboard against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase. This warranty extends only to the original end user of the product. The Jorno Store’s liability is limited solely to the retail value of the product. The Jorno Store does not accept any liability for damage to mobile devices, computers, or any other third party product that may or may not have been used in conjunction with a The Jorno Store product. The Jorno Store is not liable for damages or losses due to improper use of its products. If a defect exists, The Jorno Store, at its option and as its sole obligation and liability (to the extent permitted by law) will (1) repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished parts, or (2) exchange the product with a functionally equivalent product that is new or refurbished. This warranty excludes damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship. To submit a warranty claim, please email us at

Do you accept orders from outside the us?

Yes. You may incur additional taxes, duties, and fees. The Jorno Store does not charge any duties nor do we reimburse customers for these fees.
